Handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers. In this position reports to Call Centre Team Leader
- University (S1) graduate from any major; Enthusiastic in learning new things, hard working and willing to work with shift system; highly motivated and good communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English both oral and written; computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Able to work with minimum supervision; Team focused with a flexible attitude
- Based in Jakarta
B. MIS Officer (MIS)
Handles call centre system and data analysis for management decision making. This position report to service Improvement Supervisor
* University (S1) graduate majoring in Information System or Information Technology
* Very well versed in MS Office (specially Excel and Access), HTML and PHP programming
* Enthusiastic in learning bew things and hard working; fluent in English both oral and written
C. Customer Service (CS)
Handles credit card inquiries from walk-in customers in branch. This position reports to Customer Care Team Leader.
* University (S1) graduate from any major; good appearance
* Have at least 1 year experience in similar position
* Fluent in English both oral and written
