CALL CENTER STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead several call agents
- Manage agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Evaluate agents performance
- Handling directly with customer either by telephone or email
- Ensure all call center activity are update and complete
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- With age between 25-30 years old
- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Having 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
- Having good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
- Having good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
- Applicants must be Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate, fast learner, capable of working under pressure, available to work overtime, hard working, and having big interest in automotive
